Copyright channel
Rights holders or authorized representatives may send claims to [email protected]. The notice should include the exact URL, work identification, proof of ownership or authorization, contact details and a physical or electronic signature.
Required statement
Include a good-faith statement that the complained-of use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law, and that the notice information is accurate under the sender's responsibility.
Review and measures
If the claim is complete and reasonable, PornXXX may remove or disable the page, hide thumbnails, block indexing, exclude URLs from the sitemap and limit related comments while the case is processed.
Counter-notice
If you believe a removal was mistaken, you may send a response identifying the material, explaining the objection, providing valid contact details and authorizing receipt of related legal notices.
Process abuse
Automated, false, incomplete or censorship-driven claims may be rejected. We may also request clarification when a URL does not precisely identify the affected material.
External content
When material comes from an external provider, PornXXX can act on the page or link inside this site, but full removal at source should also be requested from the operator that hosts or publishes the content.
